​Brightwheel is not just for early childcare educators and childcare center directors–it's also an amazing resource for parents! As a parent using Brightwheel, you have access to real-time updates about your child's day, a messaging center for easy communication with your child's teacher, and information about your child's daily schedule. You also use the Parent app to view and/or pay invoices, and manage your child's attendance in-app by checking them in upon arrival and letting us know when you're on your way for pick up. you can also mark your child absent if they are staying home for some bonding time, on vacation, or even sick.

Prescription Medication 
Prescription or non‐prescription medication including but not limited to pain relievers,  cough syrup, antihistamines, or nose drops, may be given to a child with proper authorization. Parents are informed daily of medications administered to their child via Brightwheel. If your child takes any prescription medication please request a letter from your family provider and complete the following form below.
